THE DEVICES FOR HOLDING THE NESTINGS DURING MACHINING

MARTYR PLATE AND ADHESIVE DEVICE FOR SOFT MATERIALS

DESCRIPTION:
Martyr plate in MDF allowing the maintenance of the panoply with double-sided adhesive during the micro-milling of the nestings equipped with barrel to ensure the manufacture in recto/verso mode

DIMENSIONS:
Integrated on the stations of series or on measure with regard to the machine strokes.

VACUUM TABLE DEVICE FOR SOFT MATERIALS

DESCRIPTION:
These tables are ideally suited for holding strata during micro-milling of nestings. The vacuum effort is realized with the help of one or more turbines.

Integrated on the series stations or made to measure in relation to the machine strokes.

VACUUM TABLE DEVICE WITH MICROPOROUS TOP FOR HARD MATERIALS

DESCRIPTION:
These tables are particularly developed for holding strata during micro-milling of nestings with lubrication. Vacuum pumps ensure the vacuum.

STRATA ASSEMBLY STATIONS

ASSEMBLY STATION - ALUMINIUM MECHANICAL SERIES

DESCRIPTION:
Mobile assembly table intended to be placed on a workbench near the station. Ideal for the assembly of small and medium-sized parts.

ASSEMBLY STATION - MECHANICAL STEEL SERIES

DESCRIPTION:

ASSEMBLY STATION - VACUUM CLAMPING SERIES

DESCRIPTION:
Automatic and fast assembly system for prototypes and tools offering a uniform distribution of the strata clamping force during gluing.

DIMENSION: 600 x 400*

CONTENTS:
equipped as standard with a polyurethane tarpaulin of 200 mm height and vacuum pump 4m3/h – 180 W.
